Term leasing is built to be simple. Here’s exactly what to expect and what you’ll need.

    Start your application

    Tell us your term dates and the layout you want. Takes a few minutes online — no account required to begin.

    Verify your enrollment

    Confirm your placement at The Washington Center, or enrollment at Howard, Gallaudet, or a nearby institution.

  3. 3

    Review your term lease

    We send an all‑inclusive term lease with pricing and dates laid out plainly. Ask us anything before you sign.

  4. 4

    Sign & reserve

    Sign electronically and place your reservation. Your layout is held for your move‑in term.

  5. 5

    Move in

    Pick up your fob, settle into a furnished home, and start your term in Washington.

What you’ll need

  • Government‑issued ID
  • Proof of enrollment or internship placement
  • Your term start and end dates
  • PLACEHOLDER — confirm required documents, guarantor/co‑signer rules, and deposits with the client
