Most housing near the Hill is priced and structured for people staying a year or more. That leaves students and interns — here for a semester, a summer, or an internship term — paying for time and terms they can’t use.
We built the alternative: furnished, all‑inclusive apartments leased to match academic and internship calendars, in a NoMa building that puts The Washington Center, Howard, Gallaudet, and the capital within an easy ride.
The result is simple — a home you can move into with a suitcase and leave when your term ends, with the study space, security, and support a term away from home should come with.
